in February 2005 and is one of only four hotels in the United States on
the Condé Naste 2005 Hot List. The other four hotels on this exclusive
list are in NYC.

designer Jacques Garcia, Hotel Victor captures the
glory, beauty and decadence of the 1930’s, set against a backdrop of
