This new condo-hotel is surprisingly affordable. The rooms are large and fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom suites with balconies that have views of Biscayne Bay and the incredible downtown Miami Skyline. Cable television, VCR and stereo equipment can also be found in the living room and individual washers and dryers are also included in the suites.

The hotel is centrally located and just steps away from Miami's Metrorail (mass-transit elevated train system). South Beach, the Miami Seaquarium, Cocowalk, the new Parrot Jungle,  Vizcaya, Miami Museum of Science and Space Transit Planetarium, The Barnacle, Cuban Museum and Freedom Tower, Bayside Marketplace, the University of Miami and the Orange Bowl are a short drive away.
