The
Goal at cafe|bar is to provide exceptional hospitality and creative cuisine
that is affordable to the every day restaurant goer. cafe|bar, was designed by
the Owner Dane Huguley, whose vision was to create an atmosphere that was modern but comfortable, making guests feel as though they are dining in an urban upscale restaurant with a
neighborhood feel.
The restaurant serves lunch and dinner seven days a week and on weekends
brunch. The highlights of the lunch menu include a BLT made
with Berkshire bacon, bib lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, and fennel pollen
aioli on harvest moon multi-grain bread and the London Dip,
slow roasted Berkshire pork, caramelized onions and poppy seed cole slaw on
a brioche bun with rosemary jus. The dinner menu includes Trout
Cakes made with house smoked Boulder trout cakes, arugula, and
citrus dipping mustard and Duck Drumettes, crispy duck
drumettes, poppy seed cole slaw, and local BBQ sauce. For weekend brunch try
the Lobster Benny, baby spinach, apple smoked promontory
cheese, poached eggs and hollandaise on an English muffin. Of course there's

The focus is to be a community restaurant; Cafe|bar is 100% wind powered,
they recycle their fryer oil and utilize composting programs and energy efficient equipment. cafe|bar cuisine is prepared by chef Eric Rivera who
combines classic and new American dishes while keeping them unique and affordable.
