Hailing from New York, Chef
Steve Sabatino is a graduate of the French Culinary
Institute of New York City. His extensive background in
the culinary industry spans over 20 years and he has
been connected to some of New York’s finest hotels and
grand venues. Chef Steve has had the honor and
distinction of feeding countless celebrities, sport
stars and dignitaries including numerous Presidents of
the United States of America. Chef Steve expanded his
location to encompass South Florida in 2003.
Tracy Black has had a solid catering and Special
Events background for the past 20 years. Her career
started as she entered the catering industry as a waiter
and moved up the ranks to hold the title "Director of
Catering" for one of Chicago’s largest companies.
Relocating to the South Florida area was easy with
Tracy’s personality and extensive knowledge in both
these industries making herself a force in the South
Florida region. She holds the Title of Director of
Sales for The Chef’s Table. She also serves on the
board for National Association of Catering Executives
and has been the national recipient of awards from NACE. |
