Brad moments after he arrived from LA shooting for
Titan Media.
Brad came to my home for his interview, photo shoot and some R&R prior
to heading out for his next shoot for
Falcon Studios.
He arrived in a pair of loose fitting jeans and a t-shirt which
accentuated his 5’11” frame. He is a laid back young man who appears to
be very level headed with a keen sense of self. I sat down with him for
the following revealing, funny and dynamic interview. |
GIO
Brad thanks for meeting with me and welcome back to Fort Lauderdale. I
understand you just returned from California today, where you were filming your 2nd film for
Titan Media …tell me about this new film.
BS
This film is called Spy Quest 2
and I play a Double Agent. Basically I get Intel on a bad guy and end up
placing a bomb in his car to be blown up in the future.
GIO
Interesting...I assume playing a Double Agent will give you a lot of dialogue in
this film.
BS
Yeah…They like to use me for dialogue because I can actually act (laughs).
GIO
A porn star who can act, what a concept! (Both laugh) No offense…to all those
amazing porn “actors” that have come before you. Of course this is a
Titan
film and that means one thing…totally hot sex! Tell me about your sex scene.
BS
(Big smile) basically, the scene is me and this other guy doing surveillance
stuff in our special operations office. I am sitting at a computer and he is
supposed to be looking at surveillance pictures on his radar screen, but he is
watching porn instead. I end up getting mad and saying something like “how are
we supposed to get any work done with you watching that”…he then pulls his cock
out and starts’ stroking it…and it then escalates from there…you will have to
get the film to see the rest... (Big Grin)
GIO Sounds hot! So, this is your first official interview as a porn
star?
BS
Yeah, this is cool...it is all still very new to me.
GIO What made you decide to pursue doing gay porn?
BS
I put an ad on
www.sexyjobs.com and ended up being contacted by a recruiter named
Mike
and
he came to meet me in Newark, New Jersey. We talked about
the porn industry and he booked me with
CashModels in Florida when
Edward James
(Owner) decided to fly me down for a test shoot. The first thing I did was a
Solo and then Edward cast me in a movie for
JackRabbit Releasing called
Hotel Hookup.
This all started in February of this year and over the past couple months I have
been getting booked in a lot more stuff.
GIO
That is an interesting way to get discovered…so you woke up one morning and
decided to put your ad on a site in hopes of getting into porn?
BS
Not really, I actually put the ad on the site for escorting and regular modeling
work. It wasn’t until after I was contacted by
CashModels
that I decided to take my career
in the porn direction.
GIO
Gotcha, so you were an Escort prior to this, are you still escorting?
BS
No, actually I never was an Escort. I only did it one time and it really was
not for me. Before putting the ad up, I was dancing at a club called
Bunkhouse
in Long Island and a couple other clubs. I decided I wanted to see where else I
could make money based on my looks. The one time I did Escort I did not even
have to do anything sexually, it lasted about 45 minutes and I mainly had to
just talk to the guy and strip down for him to look at me. So, it was not all
that bad, but basically I decided it was not for me.
GIO
OK, so you were never really and escort…but I imagine you did pretty well as a
dancer…
BS
Yeah, I enjoy performing live in front of people.
GIO
Cool…You have only been doing porn since February and you have already worked
with the biggest names in the industry. The buzz about you is tremendous and it
looks like you will have an excellent career in this business. Tell the readers
which studios you have shot for since starting.
BS
Well thank you for the kind words Gio. As I said, I started with
CashModels
and they shot me for JackRabbit
Releasing’s,
Hotel Hookup.
I then did a shoot for
D&E productions called
Got Fuk’d
which is being released November 18th (this week…to view the trailer

After I shot those films
CashModels and
FabScout Entertainment joined
forces to represent me to the industry in an exclusive talent management
deal I made with them. Howard
Marr, who owns
FabScout,
is my Talent Manager and he has been booking me with
Titan Media,
Falcon Studios, Lucas Entertainment, Randy
Blue and
Massive Studios.
I leave again tomorrow for my 2nd Falcon shoot in San
Francisco. The first film I did for
Falcon
was directed by John Bruno,
who was great to work with…as was everyone else on that set. That film
is called Trapped.
The one I am flying out to do tomorrow is called
Big Dick Club.
Titan Media
has been awesome to work for as well. So far I have done two films for
them Spy Quest 2,
which I told you about and my first film with them is being released on
December 27th. The first film I did for Titan Media is
called Sexual Side Effects
with Damon DeMarco.
It is about a psychologist talking to his
patient about his repressed memories, recurring sexual dreams, and
fantasies. My scene is a dream sequence about being trapped underground.
I also shot a
scene for their
Manplay 23 which
will be out Spring of next year.
My manager is finalizing a deal
for me to be in a Massive
Studios film which will also be
directed by John Bruno. So…ummm… |
GIO
(Interrupting) Wow! You really have made a big splash into the porn world!

huh? Well you do fit that mold (both laugh) Do you think having Howard as your
Talent Manager has helped you?
BS
First I have to say that Howard is a great guy and I consider him a friend as
well. To me it is important to like the people you work closest with. Plus, I
hear there are some very odd people in this industry who are managers and agents
and Howard has shown himself to be one of the good ones. Having him makes it a
lot easier on me as the talent/model. He handles all the up-front negotiation
for me with the studio or producer and makes sure I am getting the best deal for
my work. With him there are a lot of laughs and stuff throughout the
process…but when it comes to business, he is on top of his game. He makes sure I
know exactly what is going on with the shoot and what is expected of me before I
get there. He also communicates with me daily and gives advice as to how to
make my career better. For example, I was offered an exclusive contract with
Lucas Entertainment
early on in my porn work. I really did not know what a studio exclusive meant,
and Howard was able to explain it to me. He pointed out the pros and cons of a
studio exclusive arrangement and allowed me to make the final decision on my
own. I ended up not going exclusive because I wanted to explore my options in
this industry and I felt it was too early to be exclusive with just one studio.
However, down the road, if a studio makes me an offer I can’t refuse, I would
re-consider. Working with Howard is great…he gets me work, gets me money, keeps
me focused and makes me laugh.
GIO
That is great! What other plans do you and your manager have for the future?
BS
Once the movies start hitting the market, we are going to work on a live
appearance tour throughout the U.S. I will also have my own website in the next couple months called
www.BradStarxxx.com it is being designed by
CashModels
and FabScout
for me as part of my exclusive management deal with them. I plan on taking some
time off from shooting in mid January and focus on the website and live
appearances. I do not want to be too overexposed in the movies…I think it is
important to keep fans wishing for more rather than giving too much too fast. I
also had a fan approach me the other day named Scott and he asked if he could
start an online fan-club for me. Of course I was flattered and said yes. He

Well it sure sounds like you will be busy over the next few months. Will you be
appearing live in South Florida?
BS
After I finish this shoot for Falcon,
I am going back to New Jersey and then I am moving down here to Fort
Lauderdale. I am going to be appearing live at
Cupids Cabaret in West Palm Beach
when I come back and I will be hosting a
Hot Body Contest
at
Boardwalk Bar
this winter. I do not know the exact dates yet …as soon as they are set, I will
let you know.
GIO
Great! I am glad to hear you will be living down here. I understand you were
also just in Detroit with CashModels doing a talent search and shooting more
content for JackRabbit Releasing?
How was that?
BS
Yeah, we held a Hot Body Contest
at the Male Box
nightclub up there and I was one of the judges as well as a host for the event
with CashModels. Overall it went very well and we were able to pick up a few
new models that were pretty hot. I ended up shooting two 1-on-1 scenes for the
new film called Fall Fling
for JackRabbit. I play the football jock in that film.
GIO Tell me where your porn name came from?
BS
(Laughing) well, I guess I look like a Brad…at least I was told that… and my
star tattoos gave me the last name.
GIO Tell me about your star tattoos and their significance.
BS
Well I was in the Navy
and was in California for two years. A lot of the guys had star tattoos,
because that was a very big “California” thing to do when getting a tattoo. I
decided to do something different…rather than put them on my arm, chest or back,
like everyone else, I put them on my lower waist line. They are nautical stars
since I was in the Navy and I plan on adding an eight pointed star in the center
with lighting that connects all the stars together. I plan on putting more
stars on my body, I just have not decided where and when yet.
GIO
Very nice…they are sexy tattoos and they certainly help with your porn
identity. Since coming on the scene earlier this year, you have been in pretty
big demand by some of the biggest names in gay porn production…what do you think
gives you your star quality?
BS
Ummm…What gives me my star quality? (Gazing upward) Hmmmm…Well I think it is my
ability to get along with everybody and I work well with people. I do not
criticize or say too much while on the set and I am a pretty cooperative type of
guy. I can act and speak well on camera, so I know the studios like that about
me. I also think they like my look and I have a very high energy when I am
working. They tell me I am very outgoing and friendly and I do not have a
negative attitude or anything like that. So basically, I am not an asshole or
stuck up (Laughing).
GIO
If I were to ask your two closest friends what your best qualities would be,
what would they tell me?
BS
They would say to you that I am very friendly and outgoing. I like to meet new
people and I am fun to hang out with. They will also say that when we walk down
the street, people whistle at me (Laughing) and that drives them crazy (more
laughter)!
GIO
Well your look does turn heads I am sure! What would they say is your bad
quality?
BS
There is a bad quality? (Big Laughter) No really, I do not think I have a really
bad quality…I am just a…all out… overall good person. Sure there are little
things I can improve on, but nothing major that would make people think badly
about me.
GIO Besides porn, what else are you passionate about in life?
BS
I am very passionate about cars! I like taking exports and fixing them up. I
like aggressive in-line skating and playing on my computer. I enjoy spending
time with my cat and soon to be my dog too. I am adopting a Chihuahua when I
move down here. I actually traveled with my cat the first time I came down here
for a porn shoot.
GIO (Laughing) so you are like the
Paris Hilton
of porn…traveling with your pet.
BS
(Big Laugh) Kind of yea…but NO! I do not have the sparkly travel purse
(laughing) and rather than a diamond necklace on my dog’s neck, he will have a
harness.
GIO Hmmm, an S&M Dog (laughter)
BS
(laughing) something like that. I am buying my dog from
Scott,
who is the guy starting my fan club down here. He is my neighbor in the place I
am living at until I get my own place down here.
GIO Cool…Where did you grow up?
BS
I am a Jersey Boy!
I grew up in a town called Roxbury
and lived there my whole life. It was only 40 minutes from the city, so it was
a cool place.
GIO
Well you have a very dynamic personality, not to mention amazing looks, were you
very popular in high school?
BS
I was the guy who was friends with everybody in high school. There was some
crap that went around about me and a lot of people did not like me for some
reason…and I still do not know what that was all about. I had a lot of friends
though…I guess. All through high school I played Hockey, Lacrosse and
Football. There were a lot of girls that had a crush on me (and some guys too I
am sure), but I did not date much.
GIO When was your first gay contact?
BS
Well I consider myself bi-sexual, but my fist gay contact was a little over a
year ago with one of my friends who apparently had a crush on me and I did not
know it. He actually offered me money to have sex with him…I was not sure about
the whole thing. But, he needed the “booty call” and I needed cash, so I did
it. After that, he would call me up from time-to-time and we would play. My
real first experience with a gay friend was when I was in the
Navy.
My friend and I met in boot camp in Pensacola,
Florida and ended up being stationed at the same place. He and I developed a
great friendship and he confided in me that he was gay. We never had sex with
each other, but we are still very good friends to this day. I told him I was

they are released (laughs). I think of him like a brother and we will be
buddies for a very long time.

Do you think it was a missed opportunity with your friend since you are now
having sex with guys and back then you were not?
BS
No, not at all…it is probably better that we didn’t because we are still close
friends now. That friendship probably would not have been as strong if we had
played around with each other back then. As I said, I truly am bi-sexual. I
prefer to be with a woman for a dating relationship and I like sex with guys
based on the physical relationship only. I do not think I could be in a
relationship with a guy for a long period.
GIO
I think it is great that you have maintained that friendship and you are right
that friends are very important in our lives. I am sure there will be a few men
out there that will be sad to hear they could never have a serious relationship
with you though…
BS
Never say never man.
GIO
Good answer (He smiles) Does you family know you are performing in porn?
BS
Yes, I told my mother and brother and they are both supportive of it.
GIO
That is great that you are open with your family. You have a very nice
physique; do you hit the gym a lot?
BS
(Laughing loud) People hate it when I tell them this, but I do not work out. I
am lucky; this is natural (looking at his body). The last time I was in the gym
was over a year ago. However, I am planning on joining and hitting the gym hard
when I move down here and see if I can build more muscle on top of what I
already have.
GIO
OK…I hate you now! Damn, I cannot believe you look like that and do not have to
work out. How old are you?
BS
I am 21 and as I said, I am going to start working out. My manager and I are
going to go to the gym together, he wants me to get more toned, bigger and more
buff. And he needs to trim down…so we can motivate each other.
GIO
Well hopefully you will be able to stick to it when you start. When speaking
about gay sex earlier, I felt compelled to ask you what your favorite sexual
activity is…what turns you on?
BS
Umm, I really do not know. I do not have one thing in particular that really
turns me on. I really like a great BJ and that really gets me going if they can

BS
